2. Digital 3D scan for custom-made whitening trays that fit you perfectly (no leaky, bulky trays like the ones you buy online!)
3. We prescribe the Boutique 6 % hydrogen peroxide gel – the strongest concentration allowed in the UK for home use – and fit your trays in practice.
4. You wear the trays for roughly 1 hour a day for 4 weeks.
5. Watch your smile lift several shades – gradually and beautifully!

Most patients see full results in just two weeks. Sensitivity is usually mild and temporary – we'll give you tips and desensitising mousse is available if needed.
